As Executive Assistant & Talent Coordinator, Emma is driven by a deep care for people and a passion for bringing order to complexity. She thrives on building thoughtful systems, refining processes, and creating structure that allows a team to operate at its best. Emma strives to ensure that both clients and colleagues feel supported and well cared for.

Prior to joining the team, Emma worked in business administration at Belmont University in the Office of Strategic Venues & Event Services, where she supported high-level operations and event coordination. This experience strengthened her ability to manage multiple moving pieces with clarity and excellence while maintaining a relational, people-first approach.

Originally from Chicago and now happily rooted in Franklin, TN, Emma values faith, family, and community. Her faith is foundational to who she is, and she serves on the worship team at her church, blending her love for music and serving others.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Emma baking sourdough, staying active, or discovering a new spot in the Nashville area with friends and family.
